Even a small mistake can cause delays or misdelivery. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost or delivered to the wrong location.

Order Processing

We begin working on your order almost immediately.

  • Most orders are processed within 1 business day

  • In some cases, it may take up to 3 business days due to higher order volume

We do not rush this step. Your order is checked, packed, and prepared with attention before it leaves us.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped:

  • Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location

  • You will receive a tracking email as soon as it is on its way

From that point, the carrier handles the delivery. The most accurate updates will always be on the tracking page.

Tracking Your Order

You will always know where your order is.

  • A tracking link will be sent to your email after shipping

  • You can follow your package step by step

Delays

Sometimes delays happen, even when everything is done right.

This can be due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Carrier delays

These are outside our control. Because of this, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. But we will always do our part to make sure your order is shipped on time.

Delivery Issues & Claims

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Check around your home or delivery area

  • Ask family members, neighbors, or reception (if applicable)

If it is still missing, contact us within 3 days.

We will help you work with the carrier to investigate. Please note:

  • Claims may take up to 30 days to complete

  • If the carrier confirms delivery, we are not able to issue refunds or replacements

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered completed.

We recommend choosing a safe delivery location whenever possible.

Changes or Cancellations

We start preparing your order quickly, so changes are limited.

  • If your order was placed within 6 hours, contact us right away

  • We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed
